An evergreen honeysuckle with glossy leaves and small fragrant winter flowers
Potentilla anserina, known as silverweed or silver cinquefoil, is a perennial flowering plant in the rose family, Rosaceae.

The leaves are distinctly silvery, silky and lacy.
The flowers are little and yellow.
The French call it richette for this reason – she is rich in both silver and gold.
